3. Types of Data Collected
This Application collects certain Personal Data from Users and transmits it to the License Holder.
The types of Personal Data collected directly or through third parties include:
• First name and last name
• Company name
• Email address
• Profession
• Website
• Phone number
• Address information
• Username
• Country, state, postal code, city
• Cookies
• Usage Data
• Various other data types necessary for the operation of the Application
No Personal Data is shared with third parties except in legally required circumstances described in this Policy.
Personal Data may be provided voluntarily by the User or collected automatically as Usage Data while using the Application.
Unless otherwise specified, all requested Data is mandatory. Failure to provide such Data may make it impossible for the Application to provide its services. Where the Application specifically states that certain Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to provide it without consequences to service availability.
Users acknowledge and accept that certain Data collection is necessary for the proper functioning of the Application throughout the license period. If the Application is uninstalled after termination of the agreement, data collection will automatically cease. As long as the Application remains installed, data collection may continue as described herein.

4. Method, Location, and Duration of Data Processing
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Personal Data.
Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools.
Data may be accessible to authorized personnel involved in administration, sales, marketing, legal affairs, and system management, as well as external service providers appointed as Data Processors when necessary.
Data is stored on service providers located in Türkiye, and processing activities are conducted within Türkiye at the Data Controller’s business office.
Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data shall be processed and retained for as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected and may be retained longer where legally required.

8. Legal Disclosure
Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller for legal purposes in court proceedings or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of the Application.
The Data Controller may be required to disclose Personal Data upon request of public authorities.
Additional details regarding the collection or processing of Personal Data may be requested at any time from the Data Controller.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying Users on this page.

9. Credit Card Security
The Data Controller prioritizes the security of credit card holders shopping on its website.
Credit card information is not stored in our systems.
When entering payment information, Users can verify they are on a secure page by checking for the lock icon in their browser.
Transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for authorization.
Credit card information cannot be viewed or stored by the Data Controller and cannot be accessed by third parties.
For first-time orders, financial and address/phone information may be verified to prevent credit card fraud.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their membership credentials. Access to account information is protected within a 128-bit SSL secure environment.
