PRE-INFORMATION FORM
1. PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This Pre-Information Form provides information to the Buyer in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations regarding the Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
Additionally, the form includes the mandatory information required by the Regulation on Distance Contracts. More detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy, Distance Sales Agreement, User Agreement, and Cancellation & Refund Policy. The Buyer should review these documents to clearly understand their commitments.
The Buyer can access and update information related to this Pre-Information Form and Agreement through the “Profile” page of their membership. Upon request, the form and the Agreement can also be sent via email.

2. DEFINITIONS
The following terms are used in this Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement:
• Buyer: A natural person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a Product or Service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
• Ministry: The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
• Bank: Licensed institutions established under Law No. 5411 on Banking.
• Payment and Electronic Commerce Service Provider (Iyzi): Iyzi Payment and Electronic Money Services Inc., which operates the platform through which the Seller offers the Product/Service and facilitates the conclusion of the distance sales agreement on behalf of the Seller.
• Service: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of a Product for a fee or benefit.
• Law: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
• Website: The website www.parduscepheyazilimi.com, owned by the Seller.
• Seller: Any natural or legal person, including public entities, offering Products/Services for commercial or professional purposes, or acting on behalf of such entities.
• Agreement: The agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
• Product: The software program subject to purchase (Application).
• Regulation: The Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
4.1. The main features of the Application/Product/Service, including packages and their scope, are detailed on the website.
4.2. All amounts, including taxes, are shown on the website.
• Delivery Time: Maximum 3 business days
• Delivery will be made via a download link sent to the Buyer’s registered email.
4.3. The Product fee will be collected from the Buyer by Iyzi. By paying Iyzi, the Buyer is considered to have paid the Seller, with no further payment obligations.

5. GENERAL TERMS
5.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product completely and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, along with any other information or documents legally required.
5.2. Delivery is made via email with a download link.
5.3. The Buyer agrees that failure to pay or cancellation of payment by the Bank does not impose any delivery or contractual obligation on the Seller.
5.4. If unauthorized use of the Buyer’s credit card occurs after delivery, the Buyer agrees to remove the Product from their device and will not use it. Legal action may be taken in case of misuse.
5.5. The Buyer acknowledges that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
5.6. If the cardholder differs from the Buyer, or a security issue is detected, the Buyer must provide identification and bank verification documents. The order may be frozen until these are provided; failure to provide within 24 hours may result in order cancellation.

6. SPECIAL TERMS
6.1. If a corporate invoice is requested, the Buyer must provide accurate tax information on the website. The Buyer is fully responsible for any errors.
6.2. Bank promotions may alter installment plans; the Bank decides the final installment schedule.
6.3. Digital products cannot be physically delivered; delivery is made as specified for the product type.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1. The Seller processes personal data only for the purpose of providing the Product/Service, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (KVKK) and related regulations.
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and security of personal data and agrees not to share it with third parties or allow unauthorized access.
7.3. All intellectual property rights of website content, excluding third-party rights, belong to the Seller.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under the Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for electronically delivered digital products.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Turkey.
